We have been in the construction industry all of our lives. Jim (Father) and Tyler (Son) Cloutier. Jim started the original Cloutier Builders in the 1980’s. Tyler was born into the family construction company in the early 90’s and hasn’t looked back since. In the early 2000’s Jim started to solely work on hotel renovations, After high school Tyler soon followed. Thru the 2010’s together Tyler and Jim traveled all over the country working on hotels and commercial buildings. That doesn’t mean they forgot there roots, in between commercial jobs the Cloutiers’ still work on residential projects. We treat every project with the same determination and importance whether it be a huge commercial renovation or a run of the mill kitchen remodel, bringing the project in on time and on budget is our top priority. We strive to make all our customers happy and satisfied at the end of the day. In the early 2020’s Jim and Tyler became partners and created Cloutier Builders General Contacting (CBGC). Since then Cloutier Builders GC has done countless projects all over the Midwest, but we are headquartered in North West Indiana. We would love to add your project to the CBGC family.
